Xue Liwei emphasized the need to integrate the implementation of the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China with the construction of technological innovation platforms, the strengthening of the role of enterprises in technological innovation, and the promotion of reforms in the scientific and technological system and mechanisms. In line with Foshan's "515" high-quality development strategic goals, efforts should be made to attract more high-end innovative talents, strengthen core technological breakthroughs, and accelerate the transfer and transformation of scientific and technological achievements.
